False promises
Was told I was a good candidate for cool sculpting which was a lie. They just wanted to take my money.
After the first session I waited 6 months and no change. They offered me a second session and 6 months later no change. The company says you will see results but I have yet to see them. I will making sure everyone knows how they lie and make false promises.
They need to be reported as their promises are falsified. I'm not going to let them get away with this.
The amount I paid was alot and it's pretty much like flushing it down the drain. Very disappointed and disgusted that they swindle you in with great promises of great results and then you are left with no results and out a ton of money!!

Bought and paid for Lazer hair removal and fraxel in 2017 now July 2021 !!!!!Lazer hair removal which didn't work at all but never received the fraxel. They take your money but don't provide service and refuse to refund me.

No customer service
I did a consultation on Zoom and talked about getting under eye treatment to fix my slightly dark sunken under eye and then talked about my smile lines. Was told I'd be sent an electronic document to sign and send back, then my credit card would be charged.
My credit card was charged before I even GOT the document even tho I hadn't conformed the treatment, because I decided literally 6 hours after the consultation that I didn't want the smile line treatment. So then I had to contact finance for a refund which was a hassle itself. Then I went in for the under eye appt & am told nobody was scheduled for me.
Cancelled. Now I want all my $ back, its been 12 days &nobody has answered me.no.

I had one vile of Sculptra out of the four left full on the counter while she threw the 3 empties out in the trash .. she planned on keeping it for herself
I made a complaint and had to come back the following week to have the 1 vile injected
They said it was a mistake
Offered no apologies
I have one more treatment
But today they did half of the prep while I was in the waiting room so I didnt see if anything was stolen or not but yes after my next treatment I wont be going back
Also my appointment was at 2;10pm and they took me in at 2:51pm

My best friend has had some experiences with Botox. In my opinion..she doesnt need. However with the deal they were offering she couldnt refuse to want to try them out. She was really excited. A very open minded woman. However when she went for her appointment, they were very eager to tell her what they thought she needed done. What she knew of her own self, she wanted to keep up with the work she had previously done. Which again to me wasnt even necessary. What she figured would cost her around $200 turned into $700. Like wtf! Needless to say she left with no work being done to her. Congrats for that! She left feeling not only unsatisfied that she didnt get what she hoped to come for, but the way she felt when she left that office. Down and out. Her self esteem struck by the people she thought could have helped lift it a bit. Never ever would I or will I recommend this place. Unless youre up for a good emotional and psychological beating.
But the good news...friends and family reassured her she is gorgeous! And she believes them. Worth a *** of a lot more than they wanted her to believe she is.
So in the end shes grateful.
Shame on them!

Still waiting for a resolve
I returned to the location to voice my concerns. I was seen by a consultant and showed her what I was complaining about. She agreed that my left side nasal fold didnt look like my right side. My right side looked great, but my left side didnt look like any filler was injected.
She called in the nurse who did my injections, and the nurse said that I should have purchased more filler. She also said that she did my cheeks as well. Really?? The consultant pulled up my picture on her computer.
She said that it was my before picture, which was b.s.! She pointed out that my right side was fine before, and my left side was definitely more hollow. I said if that was the case, why wasnt there more injected into my left side than my right to even out? I paid over $900 for this procedure, and Im not happy!
I want more filler in my left side to even out the look. I was told by the consultant, that I can get more filler for a bargain price of close to $500!
After I told her that Im not paying another cent, I left in a huff! I want my procedure redone on my left side to look like the right side, at no cost to me!!!!!

BOTOX service
So I had my BOTOX done 11 days ago I know they say 14 days for the full effect so I'll wait 4 more days and edit this review of there is a change however for what I paid I don't think I got the greatest result compared to the results I seen while researching BOTOX ugh
Do not go there
Went to get cheek filler on nov 9 and was not happy with results and they did not look natural ! Went 4 times to get it dissolved and they ruined my under eyes as some filler migrated there and also god dents in other areas!
Also cheeks look uneven! Got a message from manager Sarah asking if I wanted to come and get it fixed and I said yes as I look horrlble and she never contacted me again !

Super shady.
I could provide many details but in short... I had EM Sculpt done there to help my glute muscles for my back issues. The treatment is for helping you gain muscle quickly. SO my review is in response to how it helped esthetically which is what the treatment is for.
Anyhow I did the treatments and I looked WORSE!
Keep in mind this costs $1000's of dollars. I had LESS muscle after.
They gave me more treatments. SO, to humour them I did it.
NADDA...still ZERO improvement which they admit yet they refuse to refund me for a completely ineffective treatment nevermind all my time wasted!!!

Malpractice
On September 3rd 2019, I received 36 unit of Botox at the Ajax location. I typically book with the same practitioner and have had beautiful results.
However, on this date I took the chance with another nurse. I was aware after the first few injections that she was not qualified. The injections were deep and not given in the proper areas. One in particular was very painful and I fear that she hit a nerve.
I quickly stopped and questioned her. She told me that"placement doesn't matter" and that "it would disperse". Anyone that has had Botox, knows this is far from the truth. Sadly the damage was done and I left crossing my fingers.
Unfortunately, luck was not with me. To my horror, my right eye showed signs that it had been affected 8 days later. My eyelid was droopy and my eye was completely out of sync with the other. My pupil was not responding to light and my vision was blurry.
I immediately went in for an assessment and was told that it would go away in 4-6 weeks. No explanation of why this happened or suggestions on how to treat it. I was given the email address of the directer of patient care and was told to follow up. In desperation, I booked an appointment with my family doctor.
She had given me drops to open up my eyelid but nothing else was suggested. I was stuck with this mistake. The woman who followed up with me was happy to refund my units and give me an additional 10. I had asked for the a reassessment to be done on the Nurse that injected me but to my dismay, this request was shrugged off.
In hopes that eye would improve with time, I thanked her and continued to live with the symptoms. As the days went by, it seemed to get worse. I knew that I couldn't put my trust into Skin Vitality ever again. What makes this situation worse, is that I have over $6000 worth of credits on file.
I contacted the finance department and for a refund on my purchases. They were only willing to refund my last purchase with exception of a 25% cancellation fee but nothing could be done about the other credits. I was also offered the option to swap it out for another procedure, but as I said, all trust was lost. Under the circumstances, I feel this is completely unethical.
Nearly a month later, I sit here with no signs of improvement. My life has been effected physically, emotionally, psychologically, and socially. I have contacted Skin Vitality again in hopes that I can speak to one of their Doctors. Even if I am out this money, I'd like to talk to someone that qualified to assess the situation.
It seems that they don't work in the clinics are are otherwise unreachable.I have been waiting for a response for nearly a week now. I feel that I am experiencing is a form of medical malpractice and I will forever regret trust them with my safety.

I went to this clinic to do fillers on my lip first of all they are all money hunger the moment they take your moment they won’t care about your appointment follow up or anything else
The girls In the front desk are really rude
No customer service at all in this location the products are all over prices compared to other clinics
I referred my sister and my friend for them and they also tread them bad and now they are disappointed
I had Very bad experience if there were minus star I would give that

This place is all "smoke and mirrors"! I spent a lot of money and would have spent more, if I had not been so disappointed in their "Customer Service".
My Cool Sculpting treatments produced a highly undesirable effect and left me with a peculiar shaped abdomen, much uglier than just a plump stomach area. They said they didn't know what caused it and had never seen such a thing before. Nonetheless, I had to threaten them with the Better Business Bureau and the Consumer Protection Branch before they finally agreed to give me a discount on future treatments to try and correct the problem. They refused to do anything on a complimentary basis.
I did not want to return to this place again so I sought help elsewhere. The first place I tried (Bellair Laser Clinic) immediately quoted me the same price as Skin Vitality's "discounted" price. If you are considering any type of procedure at Skin Vitality, I have one word of advice: "Don't!". Their staff consist of "technicians", not a doctor in sight, and their "Customer Service" is slow to respond, unsympathetic and unhelpful.
There is a lot of competition for the services they provide.
I would advise you to go elsewhere. Bellair Laser is professional, very pleasant to deal with, and reasonably priced.
