I received 6 sections of cool sculpting, I followed the recommended after care guidelines to drink lots of water and increase walking, I did not lose anything from around my waist or abdomen. I was told that it could take up to 6 months and because I am a woman, results may take longer.

After the 6 months, I submitted an email to client service expressing my frustrations.

I was given 2 free sections of cool sculpting on my abdomen, and any further treatments would be at 40% discount.

The store was currently offering 50% discount, so no real discounts offered to me by client service. I accepted the offer for 2 free treatments and paid for an additional 2 more. Therefore, making it a second round of cool sculpting on my abdomen and waist.

Again, I lost nothing around my waist and or abdomen. The product is very expensive, and it does not work.

I have also used their face products for the past 2 years, including an eye cream for $300 that is to reduce the bags and circles under your eyes; however, there has been no changes.

I had 2 Cool Sculpting Treatments on my stomach on two areas. The price, in total, was over $4000 with $3600 financed interest free over a year.

I had lost about 23 lbs in the year before the treatment, but not on my belly. I hoped the treatments would help me even out and reduce lower back pain. Nothing happened. In fact, I have lost another 20 pounds since the treatment and the treatment areas look exactly the same as they did before.

A side effect of Cool Sculpting Skin Vitality will NOT warn you about is depression. I feel stupid for believing the claims. I feel like I robbed my family of thousands of dollars. And, I have another 4 months of payments I could have used to give my children a real vacation & myself a rest.

The depression I have had for the last 9 months as a result of Cool Sculpting treatments at Skin Vitality has been terrible. What makes it worse? For several weeks after the treatments, they sent me check in emails.

When I told them the treatment made me depressed, they responded with "I'm sorry to hear you're depressed" and dropped all communication. My advice is, don't do this.

I have called and asked to speak with someone regarding a package that I have bought, and was told to email their "patient care" email-told me it would take 3-4 days to respond. But it's been more than that and I have not received an email.

I got into a car accident, and cannot medically continue with this procedure, but I never got a response, and now I'm going to be mad if I have to cover 2 different bills, especially when I couldn't physically make it to the consultation and I haven't even started my treatments. To add more to that, previously when I was told about their laser hair removal package, I was told it only lasted until September but turns out, the receptionist lied to me, and it was an ongoing promotion according to my text messages between the receptionist and me.

Super unethical and I felt almost coerced to sign a contract, but she responded to me within minutes and when I asked for a refund (only because I physically could not) they didn't respond. I wanted to settle this privately with the company, but they aren't taking any responsibility for the care of their consumers.

My experience was fantastic from booking, getting my procedure done and post treatment follow up. The reception staff were lovely and accommodating, the clinic itself is stunning (decorated to the nines!), my nurse (sherline) was so warm and knowledgeable.

Sherline and patient consultant Marie Claude walked me through the entire process and made me feel so comfortable. I had Botox for my frown lines and Belkyra for a little bit of fat reduction under my chin. It has been just a few weeks since my treatment and I am blown away by the results.

I went back for a 2 week follow-up to see sherline where she showed me my before and after photos and I couldn't believe my eyes!!! WOW

Ever heard of the phrase "a wolf in sheep's clothing"? Well, you're looking at one right here.

Skin Vitality is as bad as they come. They act all kind and accommodating as if they truly care about your needs and concerns, but allow me to make this very clear, THEY DO NOT. This company is nothing but MONEY HUNGRY, CON ARTIST filth that uses deceptive marketing tactics and misleading information to lure you into signing a contract, and once you do this, YOU'RE *** Thousands of your hard-earned money down the drain. They will not give you a refund for their mistakes, and instead will ignore your concerns and blame it for being too soon to see results and recommend other services.

Being tricked into paying for a service that I understood to be FOUR coolsculpting sessions but was actually ONE session; their response: "4 applicators are sometimes called 'sessions' which, yes, can be confusing." 2.

Told by their staff during my session that their machines are faulty and do not function at full capacity; their response was? NONE.

They will not take accountability for any of this and insist on their no refund policy.
